Of course, it makes perfect sense to know what you are seeking before we go looking for it. Once the community or geographic areas has been determined, I will help you better understand the local market conditions, the active inventory, and recent sales.
One you criteria has been provided, I will know where to start previewing and pre-screening properties for you, ultimately, saving you a great deal of time and effort. I am very knowledgeable of active estate and waterfront homes on the market in Fort Lauderdale and can provide you invaluable insight to help formulate a better idea of value. Once we identify those that are a potential match for you, we’ll schedule a viewing tour. Most luxury estates require a 24-hour notice prior to showing. If you are unable to physically view the property, it may be arranged that I shoot a video of the property or perhaps face time it with you.
If you’re taking out a mortgage, do so as early in the process as possible.
If you’re considering obtaining financing, it would be in your best interest to get the ball rolling as early as possible because typically, the approval process for jumbo loans is a bit more extensive.
